Last year I found Lowfield. My father had a 60-year love affair with this special valley. Mum, Dad, plus four children enjoyed this special "home". One week later Geoffrey was taken ill and passed away. This year we all returned and scattered his ashes above Slater's Bridge. Wonderful home. Wonderful memories of this special place. A lovely week in an extremely comfortable and welcoming house. Everyone seemed to find their own special corner. Thank you for letting us use it and giving everyone an opportunity to explore such a beautiful place, from walks in the valleys, to climbing the peaks.
